Sydney Aquarium

The Sydney Aquarium contains over six million litres of water, over 650 species and 11,000 Australian aquatic animals. Even the beautiful coral of the Great Barrier Reef is on display here. The aquarium also has an interactive touchpool where the kids can touch the baby sharks, crabs and other sea animals.

Australian National Maritime Museum

The enormous Australian National Maritime Museum has thousands of Australian Maritime exhibits, from a submarine destroyer to a square-rigger sailing ship. There are also guided tours showing how the crews live onboard the navy ships.
